I am excited to finally share my stories and experiences with you all. I have been asked for a few years now to start my own podcast, and while I never thought people would benefit or care to hear what I have to say... it hit me when I was shipped for few months for the Army. I may be able to help so many people with what I have gone through.
I am constantly told that I am the happiest person, or that I have my shit together... that wasn't always the case.. I am here to tell you How, and WHY..
