In this episode I had the privilege of having Ben King, a strength and conditioning coach at the Victorian Institute of Sport, come on to talk to us about his journey, working with Olympic and Paralympic athletes and how important cultivating self-awareness is. Ben shares some amazing wisdom with us and delves deep into his passion for the human body. It is one you don’t want to miss and will want to listen closely to.
