Innovation is a priority for many organizations who want to grow and develop in the post-recession economies. Companies need a systematic framework so innovation can occur at different levels of the organization
The A to F model is one of the most important frameworks in innovation that offers a full framework on Innovation inside organization where it tries to remove and delete several myths that innovation is mainly restricted to R&D or Design only but a key integeral part of everyone in the organization.
In the first episode we touch base what is the A to F model and what is the current strugles that companies entering the innovation landscape will face.
