Pepsi is said to be in advanced talks to acquire tortilla-chip maker Siete Foods for +$1B. Israel has launched ground operations into southern Lebanon. In Europe, markets are mostly higher as traders price in another rate cut by the ECB. Oil prices are down this morning with geopolitical issues and expected production volume increases in focus.
