Have you ever thought about what it takes to build a house in our digital age? In this episode we chat to architect and ETH Professor Matthias Kohler, Arup Fellow and Global Director of Arup Foresight Chris Luebkeman, and swissnex San Francisco’s Emina Reissinger about how new technologies are shaping our built environment. Mattias Kohler is one of the people behind the current exhibition in the swissnex Gallery, How to Build a House: Architectural Research in the Digital Age, curated by Hannes Mayer and Sarah Schneider of Gramazio Kohler Research. Chris Luebkeman is a longtime collaborator of swissnex. In 2016, Arup Foresight, the Deloitte Center for the Edge, and swissnex SF partnered to co-host a series of foresight workshops, titled AfterWork, on the future of work, with the goal to share insights and communities.
