Eva Deckers is a design leader and design strategist. At present, she is the Director of Data-Enabled Design at Philips Experience Design, where she leads a team of designers at the cutting edge of integrating design, data, and AI. Eva holds a Ph.D. in human-centered AI and translates her ideas into the health technology context. As a strategist, she supports her organization in shaping and implementing customer-driven strategies, ensuring strategy always starts from the benefit you will deliver. She is passionate about using the power of design, data, and AI to make a difference in the health and wellbeing of people.

In this episode, Eva shared great insights on Data Enabled Design and how data could be used as creative material. We then discussed the different frameworks for data-enabled design and how we could take the aid of data to design sustainable and ethical products. In the latter part, we spoke on how individuals could implement and scale the data-enabled design model across the organization, enabling data to drive all major design decisions.
