Pastor Josh Carstensen is continuing a series on the book of Ruth where chapter 3 describes an event that's hard to understand because we're not told the intent behind their actions. Still, there are three truths we can take away:

there's a need for rest
sometimes the Bible is descriptive and not prescriptive, and
we still need to be obedient to God when times are good
