🎉🎊SURPRISE!!! A FRIDAY THE 13TH MIDNIGHT BONUS RELEASE!!!🎊🎉 Did you really think that we were going to allow a #FridayThe13th to come along and not do a review?!? We actually kinda feel bad because “maybe” we led you all to believe that we would review this during #SummerCampSlasherMonth in August...”maybe.” 😉 Regardless our intentions, here is our review of Friday the 13th (1980), where we discuss varying topics from The King having “man-to-dog” conversations, possible premeditated murderous rampages at Camp No-Be-Bos-Co, to whodunit slashers that cheat, & why Mrs. Voorhees is more convincing as a crazed, grieving mother than a stone cold serial killer. We ask, “Did Friday the 13th create the slasher sub genre...does Alice Hardy fit the mold of a true #FinalGirl...and why didn’t anyone teach Adrienne King how to use a hammer???” Oh yeah...and how cool is it that we have a Friday the 13th AND a #FullMoon just like they do in the movie?!?!
