The MTA says its new five-year, $65 billion construction plan is focused on keeping critical infrastructure in good shape. Meanwhile, Brooklyn City Council Member Susan Zhuang is facing an ethics probe after she was accused of biting a police officer at a protest in July. WNYC’s Michelle Bocanegra reports.
