On this episode, Karl and Paul sit down and talk with Michael Ashton.
Michael Ashton is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a graduate of THE Hampton University. He also completed a post-doctorate residency and fellowship in manual therapy with the Ola Grimsby Institute.
From 2016-2020, Ashton worked for the Oklahoma City Thunder organization as a physical therapist and athletic trainer, serving in a dual role for the Oklahoma City Blue before joining the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2018.
In 2020, Michael Ashton joined the Washington Wizards as the Director of Player Health. As a dual-credentialed clinician in physical therapy and athletic training, Ashton provides integrative rehabilitation services, implement injury reduction strategies, and serve as the Head Athletic Trainer.
