This week's guest on the Official Coleraine Podcast scored at Anfield, played for Northern Ireland 11 times and joined the coaching staff this summer.
Hosts Damian Mullan and Johnny McNabb were delighted to be joined by Michael O'Connor, who was appointed as the club's assistant head coach in the summer.
O'Connor discussed his career in England - which featured spells at the likes of Rotherham United, Port Vale and Crewe Alexandra - and the highs and lows of playing professional football.
The former midfielder explained how he always wanted to get into coaching and his friendship with Dean Shiels as the pair roomed together when on international duty with Northern Ireland.
