We're back from vacay!!
Scrolling through the interwebs, we stumbled upon a pretty interesting concept developed by Dr. John Gottman -- one which was able to predict stability in relationships with 90% accuracy -- the 5:1 rule.
While developed for intimate relationships, we wanted to chat about how this "magic ratio" can be applied as a formula in regulating stability in all the relationships in your life -- from couples to coworkers, friends to family, etc.
Take a listen while we dissect this concept and discuss some of the markers he says are the most common indicators for building and breaking down relationships.
