On this episode we chat with Adelya (@adeli_suley) about her mental health journey and being diagnosed with clinical depression. Unfortunately, the topic of mental health is still a taboo in our lives and that's why this episode is so important to us and our community. We wanted to break down the stigma around seeking help, taking anti-depressants and finding the right therapist. We also chat about Adelya's project: Mental Clear (@mental_clear) where she helps Russian speaking communities to raise mental health awareness and build support groups.
