Metcalfe's law is one of the foundational principles of networks, helping explain the explosive growth of technologies such as the internet. For this special episode of the On TRAC(k) podcast, we are joined by Dr. Bob Metcalfe himself, the Turing award winner who invented Ethernet and came up with the namesake law. Together with Amos Thomas, the creator of Tracverse and a prolific DKG educator, and OriginTrail co-founder Branimir Rakic, we come to you live from New York City during the 2024 Knowledge Graph Conference.
A special episode requires special topics, and there is no shortage of those. We dig into what Metcalfe's law is exactly and what it means for the verifiable internet for AI, the significance of having a "truly open" artificial intelligence, and we spotlight some exciting OriginTrail use cases and adoption updates.
On TRAC(k) brings you all the latest and juiciest developments from the OriginTrail ecosystem and the Decentralized Knowledge Graph, aka the DKG. On TRAC(k) is presented by OriginTrail and hosted and edited by Jonathan DeYoung.
