Thee) Mike B is a veteran DJ, producer and all around great guy with years of experience in the music world. He’s worked with names such as Stretch Armstrong, Steve Aoki and the late DJ AM and was a pillar of LA’s legendary Banana Split Sundays party. In addition to DJing he currently owns Los Angeles bar, The Friend, and produces music as Pools with DJ Morse Code. In this conversation, Mike details his start DJing in NYC at The Cheetah Club (“Wednesday's I'm up in Shine, Cheetah's Monday night” - (c) Hov), meeting Shaq and Peter Gunz at the Newark airport, and the transition from being a DJ that was virtually undocumented to a DJ that was hyper documented online.
