Setting goals in 2020 is an important part for the coach/client relationship at OPEX Concord. Setting goals gives you something to shoot for and your coach to program for you to progress toward.
We typically want to start with the end in mind then reverse engineer back to start. In this episode we go through the steps to set up your goals and get you to a place where you can not only start but carry out your goals all the way through to the end of 2020.
