Phoenix is an inferno and Ivy has mended her ways so she won't go to Hell. Which includes visiting Terri in Phoenix prior to November.
Whiskey picks (yes, we're back on the whiskey):
Ivy - Hidden Barn. Has a kick. Taste it neat, but then cut it with some ice. 112 proof. Turns out Ivy witnessed or maybe influenced some creative tasting notes that Graham McTavish came up with on Bourbon With Friends.
Terri - Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof Rye. 112 proof for 112 degrees outside. But Terri mixed with ginger ale.
Megan - water. But she did sample a 1968 Crown Royal bottle that she describes as GOLD.
Terri might send some Sassenachs in search of Gregarious Goat down in Texas. We know they'll all be in Total Wine stores anyway.
Was Mrs. Raven's storyline just an excuse for Claire to wander off and get captured?
That animal pen really wasn't doing any sort of confinement work at all. Claire had the whole run of the fort.
Terri wants Jamie's hair to be loose for once. Ivy praises the wigs this year.
Why is the show including storylines that are just going to end within one episode anyway? Walter Woodcock's story could have been skipped and it probably wouldn't make any difference. The ax murdering couple, same thing.
A brief review of Richardson and his motives.
Ivy is backing Rob Cameron's chutzpah inviting himself to dinner at Roger & Bri's house.
Megan saw the best chemistry in the episode: it was between Roger & Rob.
It definitely wasn't there between Ian & Rachel this week.
Jamie & Claire were glamping in that humongous tent. Jamie's wig and monologue were both amazing.
Ivy wants an apology for Jemmy, because he was right all along about the Nuckelavee.
Predictions for the mid-season cliffhanger.
