Today we're going to be talking about the book, t=The Coddling of the American Mind. Alan recently read it and it definitely changed his perspective on parenthood. The book talks about how these two authors have seen a trend in particularly in colleges. We're not gonna focus on the college part because we have small kids, but they give tips on how to keep your kids mentally strong so that they don't become a part of this coddled generation that can't handle anything.
