Italian hotelier Valentina De Santis has turned dreams into reality at Passalacqua on Lake Como. Often referred to as the Italian Eloise at the Plaza, she grew up running the corridors of her family’s hotel, the Grand Hotel Tremezzo, and was instilled with a love for hospitality at a young age.
