The pastors' wives chat with Kayleigh Clark, Kayleigh is an ordained elder in the Free Methodist Church and a ThD candidate at Kairos University. Her current dissertation research seeks to identify the impact of collective trauma on congregational health and flourishing. She is the founder and director of Restor(y) a resourcing, training, and consulting ministry dedicated to partnering with local churches on the journey towards healing. In this episode, she offers wisdom in dealing with both collective trauma and secondary trauma in the church and the unique challenges faced by after pastors (the technical term for pastors who serve after a pastor was removed for misconduct.)
