If you’re in business, you probably strive to embody these words. Sadly, many entrepreneurs get lost in the crowd. They lose sight of what’s important in the growth of their company.

I share the story about the first time I moved to the Southwest Florida area. No friends, no job, no circle of influence.

I gained momentum but being out in my local community, practicing the five elements of building a strong circle of influence, that I am sharing with you today.

• What marketing activities are you focused on? Which of those are producing the best results?
• Who can you align yourself with, strategically? In other words, who is already talking to your ideal client?
• When it comes to building business relationships, what distractions are keeping you from being present?
