Alon Moss & Ilan Lewis are the co-founders of Neshima which is a early stage start up that turns cucumbers into powders to distribute to Israeli cosmetic companies. They were the winners of the 2017 Tel Aviv Startau Agricultural Hackathon which won them a total prize money of 2,000,000 Shekels ($700,000 US).
