This week on the Plants and Cats Podcast I chat yet again about burnout and why my recent burnout was just the wake up call that I needed.

I’ve had to make some really tough calls as a business owner lately and let go of some projects that were really near and dear to my heart. In doing so though, I’ve opened myself up to allowing the space that I’ve needed to really dig into writing my memoir and plan out some fun creative projects for this year.
