Inclusion, diversity in employment, in the media, in the interests of the masses is NOT a reality. How can that change? 1. Top actors, politicians will say loud and proud: Autism is not Scary! Everywyhere... Every day! 2. TedX talks - with individuals labeled as disabled and parents like me with clear, straight forward messages. 3. Interaction with top business schools/marketing dept - I've been writing to them - and organize contests where students -- write a 3 page paper or create a 1min animated film or create a 2page newsletter presenting a summary for a marketing campaign targeting the idea that Autism is not Scary! 4. Read this great blog on diversity * I have sent these notes to Hollywood and UK actors, advocates, TV executives, academia, politicians, White House. So far no response. What do you think will happen?
