This episode of Project: Mom is a little different (and super special) because I’m joined today by a real-life friend, supporter, and confidante – Lauren Gold. I met Lauren when both of our daughters were 6 months old at a local motherhood meetup, and we instantly bonded. Lauren has been a source of stability and confidence for me as I’ve navigated life as a first time mom. In our conversation we chat about how we can break down the judgment and stigma within our own demographic as mothers, the importance of all types of work that mothers choose, and more. This conversation was so cathartic for me and I know we could have talked for much longer!
