At the Institute of Materials Research (imo-imomec) of the University of Hasselt and IMEC, research is performed in the field of Organic and Nanostructured Electronics. Organic Photovoltaïcs (OPV), Organic Light Emitting Devices (OLED) and Organic Field Effect Transistors (OFET) are among the devices that are subject to fundamental research.

At imo-imomec, I am responsible for the functional printing engineering. Using printing techniques such as inkjet printing, screen printing and spraycoating, I am responsible for the upscaling of the devices under research. Also other printed structures are tested such as sensors, batteries, RF-IDs, etc...

In my personal life I am passionated about music (playing percussion in a band) and about sports (active running / passive football)
