On Thursday, October 4th, 2018, the Quinnipiac University School of Law Federalist Society hosted Attorney Clark Neily of the Cato Institute to discuss plea bargaining and its effect on the criminal jury trial. This event also featured brief remarks from QUSL Professors Linda Meyer and Stephen Gilles. Mr. Neily's talk was attended by QUSL students and faculty, members of the public, and media members.
