Think about it, every action we take in the world has an effect. This is the Universal Law of Cause and Effect and with this in mind when we take an action the effect (or result/outcome) is either what we wanted and desired, or not what we wanted and desired. So many of us including myself judge ourselves, labelling the effect as good or bad, and attaching it to our identity.

And, I don't know about you but I don't find this very helpful and believe that there is a better way if we want to live more meaningful, fulfilling, conscious lives to become a better version of ourselves. One of the first understandings to form is that there is NO good or bad outcome and we must move away from labelling outcomes as good or bad.

Instead, view them as an opportunity to receive feedback that we can use to learn and grow from. In this episode, I walk you through a 3-step model to receiving feedback that will aid in your learning, growth and unfoldment.
