In this episode. I spoke about how this is (DAY THREE) of my (SHADOW WORKING) challenge, and I'm feeling the subtle changes! I explained a situation that occurred right before doing this episode, and I could've let my (EGO) take the lead. Instead, I chose to allow my (HIGHER SELF) the chance to look into the situation and respond much differently. And that's what SHADOW WORK) is all about. Facing that ever oh so annoying ego/shadow, and allowing your higher self the chance to respond in a much different manner!!! Anyway, it's time for some much needed rest.
