Geordie Brookman is Artistic Director at State Theatre Company South Australia, a role he has held since 2012. We talk with Geordie towards the end of his highly successful time at the company. We go back to Geordie's childhood, with a love of reading and with the Arts in his DNA. We discuss his journey and the importance of theatre and the arts in our cultural fabric. A fascinating exploration into themes from the role of risk taking and collaboration in theatre, to the significant economic return of the Arts.
