On this episode, Mashapaug Pond, the largest freshwater body in Providence, has long been off limits for recreational use. In this Green Seeker episode Michelle San Miguel reports on a new state plan to hold property owners responsible for the contamination that’s seeping into the pond and eventually ending up in Narragansett Bay.
