In this episode we circle back on the topic of running shoes, and specifically using shoe drop to shift load away from niggles and injuries with one of our listeners sports podiatrist Thomas Do Canto. Lisa emerges from the cloud of fatigue revelling in a change to her weekly training structure while contemplating the pros and cons of a monster 25k marathon pace tempo run. Brian completes his final week of full training and looks forward to tinkering with his taper as the Melbourne Marathon looms.
