Today we're bringing the HEAT to warm up the cold, cold winter, all about why you can be really fucking good at your job no matter what age you are. There's a lot of ageism in the workplace, not just to younger people but to older people as well. But here's the damn thing - it literally doesn't matter how old you are if you're doing good work. Point blank period. We spend most of the ep talking about being more youthful in the workplace because that's what we know.
