Today on the show, we're talking about the Detroit Lions, Red Wings, Tigers, Michigan and Michigan State Athletics, and more as we were joined by some of our great guests. We kicked off the show talking about the Lions as Mike Payton from A to Z Sports joined us. We got Mike's thoughts on the first pre-season game, talked about the backup QB situation, talked about the injuries on the team, and more. We were then joined by Daniella Bruce from the Red Wings/Tigers. She filled us in on the Red Wings and single game tickets going on sale today, talked about some of the players showing up at Lions Training Camp, she updated us on the Wings in the off-season, and more. In our second hour, we were joined by former Major Leaguer John Vander Wal so they could talk about our Detroit Tigers. John and Huge gave their thoughts on how the team has been playing lately, talked about the players that are playing better than others, talked about Scott Harris needing to get out and spend money, discussed the on-going rebuild, and so much more. We were joined by Chris Balas from theWolverine.com in our final hour so he and Huge could talk about Michigan Football. Chris updated us on how the team in their practices, looked ahead to the season and talked about expectations, they gave their thoughts on how JJ McCarthy is looking with the Vikings, and more. We were then joined by Jim Comparoni from SpartanMag.com so we could hear about how Jonathan Smith's team is currently looking. He talked about what he's been seeing in practices, gave their thoughts on how the Spartans will play in the newly expanded Big Ten, and more.
