Today on the show, we're talking about the World Series, Detroit Lions, Michigan and Michigan State Football, and more as we were joined by some of our great guests. We kicked off the show talking about the World Series as former Major Leaguer John Vander Wal joined us. He and Huge talked about how poorly the Yankees have been playing so far, gave their thoughts on how many games there will be, and more. We were then joined by Scott Bischoff from the Detroit Lions Podcast to talk about our Lions being rated #1 in most NFL polls. Scott and Huge also talked about great this team looks, talked about all of the leaders on this team, looked ahead on the schedule, and more. We talked about Michigan Football in our second hour as Anthony Broome from theWolverine.com joined us. He and Huge gave their thoughts on the Big Ten's response to what happened at the end of the U of M/MSU game. They also talked about what the rest of the season looks like for the Wolverines, gave their thoughts on what needs to be improved immediately, and much more. We were then joined by Tim Staudt from Staudt on Sports in Lansing. We got his thoughts on what the Big Ten said about the Michigan/Michigan State skirmish, he and Huge talked about this 4-4 team and were they see the season going, and more. We were then joined by Clayton Sayfie from theWolverine.com to look ahead to Michigan/Oregon this weekend. He and Huge also talked about there's any possibility of Bryce Underwood coming to play for Michigan, and more. In our final hour, we were joined by former Michigan Basketball Head Coach John Beilein for our weekly "Talking Hoops" segment. He and Huge talked about a rough start for the Detroit Pistons as they've lost 4 in a row, they talked about the exhibition season and gave their thoughts on what Dusty May is doing to get prepared, gave their thoughts on how Izzo and his staff are preparing, and more. We were then joined by Graham Couch from the Lansing State Journal. He and Huge talked about the Michigan/Michigan State rivalry and what the Big Ten said about Saturday night, and gave their thoughts on if the Spartans can make it to a Bowl game, and more.
