Hugo Sanchez a native of Puerto Rico moved to NYC as a child and at the age of 20 found himself shot 9 times and in jail for a quarter century.
He emerged from that determined to live life to the fullest and never return to that life.
We sit down in NYC and discuss his story and how he is making a dream a reality with MOTI.
