In this episode of the Mindset series, we delve into the psychology and science of mediation.

We look at scientific proof of the advantages of meditating and analyse why meditation is a difficult practice to undertake. (we give tips on how to overcome this too!)

We cover topics like being conscious of our thoughts and actions, developing a routine in meditation and how to stay motivated in meditation.

Meditation is a key aspect of the Sikh faith. In this podcast, we look at developing a relationship with meditating, which will lead to us developing a closer relationship with Sikhi; there is also a guided meditation session so make sure you tune in till the end!
