You may think you just need to be more disciplined.

You may think it was just the worst time to start a new diet.

You may think you just need a different plan that works for you.

Those might be true to some degree. But if you have tried to lose weight and quit multiple times, then I’m willing to bet that there’s a sneaky reason you may not even be aware of.
