My special guest is Karen Tay

Karen Tay is founder of Inherent, where her team helps women leaders navigate transitions and adversities in their work/life journeys. How Inherent supports women leaders is backed by robust research with Princeton University.

She is concurrently CEO and Head Coach at Threshold Allies, where she is a sought-after international coach and talent consultant, working with top leaders in business and government across Silicon Valley and Asia. She has leveraged her skills in leadership, talent development, strategy and policy to boost equality in cities, uplift underserved populations and women.
