Y'all... I am not one to get in a gym very easily. I love to dance and move and walk and enjoy nature, but after talking with Ashley Lowe, a fitness and strength coach, I think I am going to start focusing on some muscle building.

After all, what I do is very physical. I pick up and haul around tons of stuff doing decluttering. But I may not always be able to do so. So, why not get really clear on strengthening my body to keep going as long as possible.

As she approached 40, Ashley embarked on a transformative journey, seeking change in her health, relationships, and overall happiness. Frustrated with body insecurities, she joined a weightloss program, shedding 25 pounds and discovering mindful nutrition. Realizing she was built for more than a smaller pair of pants, she then hired a strength training coach, which led to a complete physique transformation. Now Ashley is the coach she wished she had during her journey. She empowers women with smart, effective training programs to build muscle, embrace their bodies and feel extraordinary.
