Trust defined:
- Trust IS the reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, & surety of a person; CONFIDENCE.
Principles of trust:
- When you have the trust of another, you have been entrusted with something that has immeasurable value…steward it well.
- Trust STRIVES towards clarity and includes HEALTHY conflict
- Trust is diminished when we over-promise and under-deliver.
- Trust is built on TRUTH and EXECUTION… it is both transformative and transactional.
- THE STRONGER THE TRUST…doubt dissipates …the more agile we become…selflessness and others first is forefront…decisions are supported
- THE WEAKER THE TRUST……doubt lingers like a cloud…we get stuck & inflexible…decisions are questioned…self is at the forefront and protected
APPLY IT
- Be careful what you place your trust in
