Have you been playing small? Hiding? Dimming your light because you don’t want to ruffle anyone else’s feathers? How about shrinking, downplaying your wins, or fading into the background because you’re afraid people won’t like you if you show up as your whole, unapologetically radiant self?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you, my dear, are not alone.

For the last couple of years, I have been the queen of hiding and playing small. Why? Well because for a very long time, I’ve been a people pleaser and along the way, I’ve learned to dim my light, not celebrate my wins, and downplay who I am in order to make other people feel comfortable.

Well to hell with that all that nonsense! I’m not hiding a damn thang anymore for anybody. I’ve finally learned that my hiding serves no one, not even myself.

So in today's episode, we’re talking about how to stop dimming our light + how to unapologetically show up as our whole selves and not feel bad about it anymore!
