In the course of building a successful shop (or in our guest's case, 8 of them), there are mental roadblocks that can get in our way, such as fears, feelings of inadequacy, and a sense of overwhelm. The truly sad part is that most DON’T actually overcome these feelings and unhelpful ways of thinking.
