Any search for the hashtag #jadeegg on social media will reveal thousands of posts, videos, and female embodiment teachers sharing the life-changing impact a jade egg practice can have on a woman's libido, orgasm, and pelvic wellbeing.

After years of social media hype and a rapid spread through the holistic health and sexual embodiment scenes, the jade egg is a ubiquitous tool shared by women in sexy lingerie and touting the 'best orgasm of their life'.

But what's underneath the sultry images and claim for complete and ultimate healing of all pelvic unwellness?

In this interview I'm joined by Halo Seronko, founder of Shakti Temple Arts, an international and online school of Temple Dance, Classical Tantra and the Taoist Feminine Arts.
