Today, I’m meeting again with Home Chef & Recipe Developer, Sarah of Growing Up Sarita. (You may recognize her from Episode #23!) First, Sarah shares how she serves her community with Growing Up Sarita and the types of TADIN teas Sarah is currently loving, Pumpkin Spice and Canelita. From there, we learn about the various types of holiday food traditions Sarah had in her family growing up, and the ones she now creates with her husband and kids. Plus, Sarah drops tips for leaning in to the intimidation of starting something new — you may end up with some pretty tasty memories. Enjoy!
