Did you know that the average person has 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day? And as working moms I can guarantee we have many more thoughts than the average person! This is why it is so crucial that you take control of your thought processes. Your thoughts are in charge of your mood, your confidence in your abilities and so much more. In this Episode Kaci and Veronica share their own journeys to changing the thought processes that were no longer serving them.

Whether you are someone who is looking to change your thought processes or someone who isn’t quite sure how to do that yet.. This episode is for you! First and foremost to know that you are not alone and negative thought processes and habits are something we can all relate to– in fact your brain is made to think this way to protect you! This episode will help you understand how to honor where you are and look forward to where you can go next.
