Staying Motivated
Hosted by: Melissa Paige
As we are approaching the end of a holiday season and going into the New Year and how cold it is in many parts of the world, it gets a little harder to stay consistent. When that alarm clock goes off in the morning and you’re all cozy in your blankets, it’s not the easiest thing to get out of bed. Especially if you’re getting out of the bed to go to the gym. If I don’t work out before work, chances are I won’t workout after.
This episode we’re going to talk about how to stay motivated and consistent through the season changes.
“It’s all about moderation and balance.”
