Someone may be dealing with some challenging situation in their personal or professional life, but you will never know about it because they prefer to keep their personal life and challenges or problems they are facing to themselves. Therefore, do not judge other people based on what they said or did until you had an opportunity to learn and understand what is the root cause behind their words and/or actions. Also, remember to be respectful of other people's privacy. If they choose to share their problems and challenges with you, than see if you may be able to help, but if they choose not to share their unique situation or their thoughts with you, then be respectful of their privacy.
