In this episode of Surviving Your Brain, Dr. Philippe Douyon explains how powerful our thoughts actually are. From giving examples of how both our conscious and subconscious minds are being influenced by various factors, Dr. Douyon reiterates the importance of living a purposeful life by establishing a vision for yourself. This includes having consistently positive thoughts and affirmations as part of your everyday routine.

Dr. Douyon also quotes Bruce Lee’s statement to ‘never say anything negative about yourself,’ even as a joke, because your brain does not know the difference!
