She is also a survivor of breast cancer and a passionate advocate for early detection. She initially mistook the changes in her breast as a result of working out, but soon realised something was wrong. Her doctor caught it early and now she is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of regular check-ups and self-examinations.

Sapna lives in London with her husband and her two boys and says she loves food and drink, gigs, art galleries and working out and gardening!
